SKILL – Cleans, working on touch and go.

STRENGTH – Work up to heaviest weight you can do for 3 consecutive reps.

You cannot let the bar rest on the ground.  All reps must be touch and go.

METCON –

2 Rounds

15 Cleans (135/95)  (try to hold on to the bar as much as possible)

20 Box Jumps

25 Wall Balls

30 Double Unders
