With a partner:
AMRAP in 6 Minutes:
Thrusters (switch whenever bar is dropped)
Partner must be holding the bar at the top of a deadlift. All weights are at 95/65.
Immediately proceed to the rowers and perform 2000 meters between both partners. Partners must switch every 500.
AMRAP in 12 Minutes (alternating rounds)
4 bar over burpees
8 front rack lunges (95/65)
12 KB Swings
AMRAP in 15 Minutes (switch movements)
15 Wall Balls
15 Goblet Squats (scale up to 10 pistols)
15 Box Jump Overs
