SKILL – Double Unders

STRENGTH – Bench Press – 5×5 @ 75%

3 minute sets – between each set:

10 superman holds (around 5 second holds) and 20 mountain climbers

METCON

3 rounds – 3 minutes work; 1 minute rest. Begin each round where you left off.

5 Pistols (alternate legs; start w/opposite leg each round)

10 Weighted box step ups (24/20) – bar in front rack position (95/65)
