Today’s workout is meant to be an individual test day.  If we have people who want to pair up and do this as a team, we will adjust the number slightly.

Run 1 mile.

rest 5 Minutes
10 Minutes to find 1 rep max Clean and Jerk
rest 5 minutes
Pull-ups (sub in the competition was 2 slam balls for each pull-up)
rest 5 Minutes
50 Double Unders (sub is 3 single unders for each double under)
15 Front Squats (135/95)
25 Burpees
15 Toes to Bar (sub is 3 abmat situps for each toes to bar)
