STRENGTH – Back Squat

Work up to a 5 rep max for the day.

METCON – 3 rounds (3:00 work/1:00 rest)

14 Wall Balls

7 Toes to Bar

If you break up either wall balls or toes 2 bar in the middle of a set you must complete 3 burpees.
