SKILL – Clean/Jerk (review positions and push jerk)

STRENGTH – Every 2 Minutes for 5 Rounds:

1 Clean from High Hang (hip)

1 Clean from Knee

1 Clean from Floor

1 Overhead

Work up in weight as long as you are comfortable.

METCON – For Time (every time you drop the bar/KB complete 3 burpees before beginning again)

Run 400 meters

21 Hang Clean and Jerks

Run 200 Meters

15 Hang Clean and Jerks

Run 100 Meters

9 Hang Clean and Jerks

Level 1 – 135/95

Level 2 – 95/65

Level 3 – American KB Swings (complete 42, 30 and 18)

Level 4 – Run 200/100/100, Russian KB Swings (30/20/10)
