This will be the last week in our cycle of heavy Clean and Jerks and Snatches. Starting next week, we will be shifting into more technique work for a few weeks.
4 Rounds (2:00 work/1:00 rest)
3 Clean and Jerks (155/105) – these should be heavy. Make sure to scale for your ability but also choose a weight that is challenging.
8 Pushups (scale up to handstand pushups or ring pushups)
