15 Wall balls

Partner will hold a plank while other partner works.

REST

AMRAP in 18 Minutes (divide any way):

Ascending ladder by 3s (3,6,9…)

Thrusters (115/85) (95/65) (75/55)

Box Jump Overs

Toes to Bar

Partners will split any way they want.  100 meter run will be completed at go, minute 3, minute 6, minute 9, minute 12 and minute 15.

REST

10 Rounds (alternate full rounds)

5 Deadlifts (225/155) (185/135) (135/95)

8 Burpees over the bar
