With a Partner:

In 8 Minutes:

Work up to a 3 rep max front squat.  Both partners will add their scores together.  During the 8 minutes, any burpees completed by either of the partners will add a pound to their score.

Rest 2 Minutes:

For 16 Minutes (alternating minutes):

21 Wall Balls

15 Slam Balls

9 Toes to Bar

Rest 2 Minutes.

Complete 10 Rounds (relay style)

3 Deadlifts (225/155)

6 Box Jumps

Sprint 100 meters
