SKILL – Overhead Squats

SKILL – Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:

Even minutes – Goat 1

Odd minutes – Goat 2

Switch exercises every 20 seconds.  Use the 10 seconds to move to the next station.  We will do 8 rounds of each.  Total time for the workout will be 16 minutes.
