SKILL – Hang Power Cleans

STRENGTH – Deadlift 5 sets of 3 at 75% of your 1 rep max.

METCON –

Ascending Ladder for 5 Minutes

1 Deadlift

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Overhead

Then 2 Deadlifts, 2 HPCs, 2 Front Squats, 2 Overheads, etc.

REST 2 minutes

Descending Ladder for 5 Minutes (start where you ended the last 5 minutes and try to finish)
