30 Kettlebell Swings (russian)

Rest 1:00 between rounds.  Treat each round like a sprint.

Level 1 – Box (30/24), Pistols for Wall Balls, KB – 70/53

Level 2 – Box (24/20), Wall Balls (20/14), KB 53/35

Level 3 – Box (20/17) – can be step ups, Wall Balls (14/10), KB (44/25)
