STRENGTH – Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3
Lighten the load a little and get comfortable in the bottom position. Attempt to take 5 seconds to lower yourself to the bottom position. Hold the bottom for 3 seconds. Fast out of the bottom position.
Should be an all-out effort. Go as hard as possible.

100 Abmat Situps
As fast as possible.
When the class has completed the above two tests, the entire class will do Tabata Pushups. Attempt to hold the same number for the entire Tabata.
