Halting Clean Deadlift (stop at position 2)

Power Clean

Hang Clean

Front Squat

Shoulder to Overhead


AMRAP in 12 Minutes

9 Deadlifts

6 Power Cleans

3 Shoulder to Overhead

In between rounds, perform 30 Double Unders (60 Singles).
