METCON – 3 Rounds:

25 Power Cleans

20 Box Jump overs

15 Pushups

Level 1 – 115/85, Handstand Pushups

Level 2 – 95/65, Handstand Pushups

Level 3 – 75/55, Regular Pushups, can step over the box

Level 4 Рslam balls for power cleans
