STRENGTH – Bench Press

1 set for max reps at 85% of your 1 rep max.

Then,

3 sets of 5  at 65% of your 1 rep max.  Pause for 2 seconds on your chest for each rep.

METCON – 5 Rounds (:30 work/:30 rest)

Weighted Step Ups (Level 1 – 2 KBs in rack position, Level 2 – One KB in rack position, Level 3 – DB or KBs at your sides)

Dips (Level 1 – Rings, Level 2 – Assisted Ring Dips, Level 3 – Box dips)

Kettlebell Snatches (Level 1 – Blue/Red, Level 2 – Green/Orange, Level 3 – Red/Yellow)

Assault Bike
