SKILL – Handstands/HSPU

STRENGTH – Back Squat 6 sets of 1.

All sets should be at 93% of your 1 rep max.

METCON –

AMRAP in 10 Minutes:

30-25-20-15-10-5

Kettlebell Swings

Goblet Lunges

After every round perform Handstand Pushups.  Level 1 will do 8 HSPU, Level 2 will do 3 HSPU, Level 3 will hold a Handstand for 10 seconds and do 5 pushups.
