Determine 1 rep max for the day.
AMRAP in 6 Minutes:
Ascending Ladder (2,4,6,8…)
Shoulder to Overhead
REST 2 Minutes
Begin where you left off at the end of the AMRAP and do the same exercises in descending order until you finish with 2 Pull-ups and 2 Shoulder to Overhead.
