3 Person Teams:

Take 7 Minutes to establish a 5 rep max front squat for all team members.

Rest 2 Minutes.

AMRAP in 13 Minutes

Complete as many squat cleans as possible.  One person works.  One person rests.  One person runs 200 meters.  Switch after the run.

Rest 2 Minutes.

AMRAP in 16 Minutes

150 Kettlebell Snatches

150 Box Jumps

150 Over the Shoulders

150 Burpees
