20 Wall Balls (scale up to pistols)

15 Situps (scale up to 10 toes to bar)

10 Pushups (scale up to HSPU)

REST 2 MINUTES

AMRAP in 15 Minutes (alternating full rounds)

30 Double Unders (30 Single Unders)

10 Box Jumps

5 burpees (scale up to 5 burpee pull-ups)

REST 2 MINUTES

8 x 250 meter sprint on rower/assault bike or ski erg.
