  • 3 Handstand push-ups
  • 6 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 12 Pull-ups
  • 24 Double-unders

Make sure to scale appropriately for this one.  Rounds should be no longer than 3 minutes each.  Weights, number of reps/exercises.  ANYTHING CAN BE SCALED!
