With a Partner:

In 7 minutes;

4 rounds of 30 wall balls (each person does 2 rounds)

Then accumulate maximum double unders in remaining time.

In 12 Minutes:

Both partners will find a 20 rep max front squat.  Every burpee performed in the 12 minutes will add one pound to the teams total.

In 20 Minutes:

Accumulate max rounds (alternating rounds with your partner)

Sprint 100 meters

5 burpee box jumps

3 clusters (pick a challenging weight)

Rest

4 Rounds (divided anyway)

30 Kettlebell Swings

25 Shoulder to overhead (95/65)

20 Calories on rower or bike
