10 Minutes 600m Farmers Carry Relay (switch every 100, resting partner completes 30 air squats) AMRAP Burpees with remaining time (one partner works at a time).   Score is total burpees.
2 minute rest
8 Minutes 1000m Row Relay (switch every 250, resting partner completes 20 push-ups) AMRAP Clusters with remaining time (1 partner working at a time).   Score is total clusters.
2 minute rest
6 Minute AMRAP Double Unders Score is total double unders.
2 Minute rest
8 Minute AMRAP Partner 1 runs 100m while Partner 2 holds a plank.  Switch every 100. Score is total meters run.
If planker drops, that 100m run doesn’t count.

P1 Back squats
P2 completes weighted sit-ups
