SKILL – Split Jerk

STRENGTH – Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Work up in weight to a moderate weight.  Only increase if you are comfortable with the movement.  Work on technique and footwork.

METCON – For Time:

100 Burpees

100 Kettlebell Swings

Run 1 mile

Each section will have a time cap of 10 minutes.
