STRENGTH – 5 Rounds:

1 Snatch from Position 1

1 Snatch from Position 2

1 Snatch from Position 3

METCON –

AMRAP in 12 Minutes:

4 Hang Snatches (95/65)

8 Overhead Lunges (using barbell) (lunge in place) (scale down to front rack lunges if necessary)

4 Pushups (scale up to Handstand Push-ups)

Every Minute on the Minute do 4 Burpees.
