SKILL – Double Unders/Push Press

STRENGTH – Push Press 5 sets of 3 reps

Work at 85% of your 1 rep max.  If you don’t have a 1 rep max, work up to a heavy set of 3.

METCON – AMRAP in 12 Minutes:

Ascending Ladder by 2s (2,4,6,8…)

Shoulder to Overhead

Complete 30 double unders between rounds.

Level 1 – 155/105, 40 Double Unders

Level 2 – 115/85, 30 Double Unders

Level 3 – 75/55, 15 Das or 60 Single Unders

Level 4 – Push Press with Dumbbells, 30 Single Unders
