STRENGTH – EMOM for 20 Minutes

Even – 5 Push Press – 75% of 1 rep max

Odd – 5 Pullups (any way, but make them hard.  Work on kipping, chest to bar, strict, ring pull-ups, weighted, or scale up to muscle ups)

METCON –

AMRAP in 8 Minutes

30 Double Unders

25 Kettlebell Swings

20 Overhead Squats (75/55), scale up to 95/65
