STRENGTH – Back Squat

1 set of 5 at 60%

1 set of 3 at 70%

1 set of 2 at 80%

1 set of 2 at 90%

1 set of 1 at 95%

Front Squat

1 set of 4 at 75%

1 set of 4 at 80%

1 set of 4 at 85%

METCON –

AMRAP in 4 Minutes:

5 Pullups (scale up to Chest to Bar)

50 Meter Farmer’s Carry (52/35)

Rest 1 Minute

AMRAP in 4 Minutes

5 Pushups (scale up to Handstand Pushups)

1 shuttle run (10 meters, 15 meters, 20 meters)
