To be performed like the song “12 Days of Christmas” (be careful of going too heavy on this one, it is a long one):

1 – 10 Double Unders (scale down to 20 single unders or up to Rope Climbs)
2 – Shoulder to Overhead
3 – Pull-ups
4 – Burpees
5 – Front Squats
6 – Pushups (scale up to HSPU)
7 – Abmat Sit-ups (scale up to Knees up or Toes to Bar)
8 – Slam Balls
9 – Power Cleans
10 – Box Jump Overs
11 – Kettlebell Swings
12 – Thrusters
